Voyah Dream 5.3-meter MPV with 350 km of EV range launched in China for 46,300 USD

The 2026 model year Voyah Dream 5.3-meter minivan from Dongfeng with BEV and PHEV powertrain variants and Huawei tech on board was launched in China with a starting price of 329,900 yuan (46,300 USD). Its PHEV variant offers up to 350 km of electric range thanks to a 62.5 kWh battery.

The Voyah Dream minivan was initially launched in China in 2022. In August 2024, its facelifted variant entered the domestic market with Huawei tech on board. The updated Dream became popular by selling 85,627 units in twelve months, according to China EV DataTacker. On September 15, Voyah launched the 2026 model year Dream minivan to solidify its market position.

The 2026 model year Voyah Dream retains the design language of last year’s facelift. The Voyah Dream is available in six body shades: black, white, purple, red, golden, and blue.

Dimensions of the Voyah Dream are 5315/1980/1820 mm with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm. Its interior boasts a 2+2+3 layout. The center console of the Dream adopts wooden trim and a large 15.6-inch touchscreen powered by HarmonyOS from Huawei. The driver has a 29-inch augmented reality head-up display. The second-row passengers enjoy a 17.3-inch ceiling-mounted screen, a 13-liter refrigerator, and power sunshades.

The 2026 model year Voyah Dream comes with modifications: Kunpeng and Qiankun. The first variant doesn’t provide Huawei’s ADS4 driver assistance system. However, the Voyah Dream Qiankun is the world’s first MPV equipped with the ADS4. It has a 192-line LiDAR and three millimeter-wave radars.

The PHEV variant of the Dream MPV adopts a 62.5 kWh battery with a 5C charging system. The BEV range of this model reaches 350 km under CLTC conditions. The Dream minivan adopts a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine for 110 kW. It is complemented by two electric motors. The system’s combined power output is 480 kW (644 hp). The car speeds up to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds.
