Influencers Block Expressway With Mercedes SLK, Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 And Other Luxury Cars To Shoot Reels [Video]

One of the most popular trends currently on social media is rich brats showing off their luxury cars on reels. These people, on many occasions, block public roads to shoot such reels. Recently, one such case was reported from Gurgaon, Haryana. In a short video, multiple cars, including a Mercedes-Benz SLK convertible sports car, Toyota Land Cruiser LC300, Toyota Fortuner Legender, a few Mahindra Thars, Scorpio-Ns, and others, were seen blocking the expressway for the shoot of a reel.

Idiots block expressway for reel shoot

This video, showing the shooting of a reel by blocking an expressway and causing inconvenience to other road users, has been shared on X by Saumya Gupta on their page. We can note that this particular video was shot from a building located at a distance from the Upper Dwarka Expressway, near Sobha City, Gurgaon, Haryana.

We can note that these cars were parked on the left lane near a three-lane intersection. At the front was a black Mercedes-Benz SLK convertible sports car, and on the right of this vehicle was a ₹2.5 crore Toyota Land Cruiser LC300. Other cars at the front included a Toyota Fortuner Legender and a white Mahindra Scorpio Classic with aftermarket alloy wheels.

There were two people standing on the SLK convertible, and another person was standing on the Fortuner Legender footstep with the door open. The video then shows the cars parked behind these vehicles, and there were a few Mahindra Thars and Scorpio-Ns with people standing out of the sunroofs and the windows on the sides.

All of these cars had their parking indicators turned on, and they were shooting reels from different angles. We can note that they were causing inconvenience to other vehicle owners on the road as they did not leave any space for others to continue driving on this expressway. It can be seen that many vehicles were taking U-turns to avoid getting stuck behind road-blocking vehicles.

The person who shared the video on X has tagged Gurgaon Traffic Police, the Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon, and Gurgaon Police and has asked them to take action against these miscreants causing public nuisance. At the moment, no official authority has acknowledged this video or replied to the request for an investigation to find out the people who are part of this group.
