Suzuki Swift For Sale In Myanmar
The Suzuki Swift was one of the original small Japanese hatchbacks, first debuting as a boxy micro-hatch back in 1985. Since then, the Swift has grown into a small, five-door hatch, gaining popularity thanks to its sharp looks and sharper pricing. Even though choices are fairly limited – only one body style, a choice of two small petrol engines and a handful of trim levels – it’s still a strong seller for Suzuki.

Suzuki Swift Safety Review
Suzuki will be hoping for a high score when the latest Swift is subjected to rigorous crash-testing by the independent experts at Euro NCAP. The previous model was given the organisation’s top five-star rating, although the test procedures have become more demanding since it was evaluated in 2010. Collision-avoidance technology has come on in leaps and bounds in recent years, so it’s a disappointment that only range-topping SZ5 Swifts come with autonomous emergency braking and lane-departure warning.
Suzuki Swift Engine Specifications
The most basic engine on the Swift is the 1.2-litre DualJet petrol, a normally aspirated four-cylinder unit producing 89bhp and 120Nm of torque. In this spec it’s available with the entry-level SZ3 trim only, and it’s not the most rapid of vehicles; 0-62mph takes 11.9 seconds. However, there’s no denying its fuel efficiency, with official combined economy of 65.7mpg and CO2 emissions of 98g/km. The heartland of the range is the strong and swift 1.0-litre three-cylinder BoosterJet. In conventional form, this turbocharged motor produces 110bhp and 170Nm of torque between 2,000rpm and 3,500rpm - enough for the Swift to crack 0-62mph in 10.6 seconds. It’s not as efficient a unit as the 1.2, however, so official economy falls to 61.4mpg and the CO2 emissions rise to 104g/km. Suzuki’s SVHS mild-hybrid set-up is offered on both of these motors. With the 1.0 it produces the cleanest Swift of all, with CO2 emissions of just 97g/km - but there’s no increase in performance.
Suzuki Swift Interior Design
A distinctive Mercedes AMG inspired instrument cluster with dials and full color MID will be evident while seating will be more plush and comfortable. Driver seat receives integrated arm rest. Interior space is at a premium while boot space will also be extended to stand at 579 liters which is a massive Improvement over the outgoing Swift with a total boot space of 205 liters. Depending on trim level, standard and added features could include a total of 6 airbags, ABS, ESP, automatic climate controls, keyless entry, push button engine start/stop, heated front seats and rear parking sensors with camera. It also gets DVD/CD, USB and Bluetooth phone integration which navigation is supported via offline maps on SD card.
Suzuki Swift Exterior Design
The new Swift will boast of new headlamp clusters with hexagonal shaped LED pilot lamps, U shaped LED DRLs and a hexagonal front grille with chrome accents inspired by the Jaguar F-Type. On its sides, 2017 (Maruti) Suzuki Swift gets a floating roof while upper segment of C Pillars and A and B Pillars are blackened. The rear door handle is now located on the C Pillar. Where wheel design is concerned, the top end RS variants receive diamond cut 16” wheels which are not seen on the Hybrid ML, XG and XL. The tail end receives new spoiler design while tail lamps are compact with a 3D effect along with C shaped reflectors and LED illumination.
